Mark Gonzales is adidas‘ longest serving skateboarding ambassador, choosing to skate in their shoes long before he was involved. This video shows him in his NY studio talking about the evolution of their court shoes, their relevance and his first Thrasher cover wearing some. These are some of our most recent adidas arrivals…
Matchcourt Black/Core Black/FTWR White
This Matchcourt shoe has been well received by customers and shop staff, it is a re-appropriated tennis shoe. Their double wrapped vulcanised sole and rubber toe piece make them a great skate shoe and we expect to see them crop up quite a bit in the forthcoming Away days video.
Adidas Busenitz Vulc Collegiate Navy/Ch Solid Grey/Scarlet
This Vulcanised version of the Busenitz has pretty much the same silhouette as the original but aboard a much loved sole unit. They have a durable suede upper and boast a GEOFIT® collar for support, comfort and an anatomical fit. They have the grippy gum rubber sole that keep adidas customers coming back.
Adidas Superstar Vulc Shoes Black/FTWR White/Gold
The Superstar was a nineties mainstay, we called them Shell Toes and scoured sports shops for them to hit the sales. That rubber toe needs no explanation but the way they fitted, low or high offered amazing support. This Vulcanised version offers the same durability and support as our sport shop finds but with optimised board feel. See these shoes and other new arrivals from adidas HERE
