Emerica Arrivals

We have received three new shoes from Emerica. One is a new colour in the Herman G6. We have it in dark grey/grey. It seems Brian Herman went to town designing this shoe, using all of the technology he had to hand. This resulted in a super comfortable, ultra-lightweight and high performance skate shoe. Breathability is addressed by introducing a maximum airflow tongue and sidewall. Cushioning is taken into account everywhere, a custom formed thin tongue foam is used to cushion the top of the foot making it a snug fitting shoe and a tongue centering strap stops it from slipping. It is named the G6 after the technology used in the high-rebound lightweight foam footbed cushions. Use of a new three part midsole system improves stability, helping to cushion feet during any heavy impact, coupled with the G6 high rebound foam your heels are taken care of. Board feel is improved using a super flexible cupsole and a gum rubber outsole finishes the job. This is one of the best designed shoes from Emerica in a long time. We have also received two colours in the new Reynolds Low. Hear what the Boss has to say about these here…

Andrew Reynolds has always been responsible for ultimately functional skateboarding shoes and is keenly involved in the design process. This new low is an obvious option after his most recent shoe release The Reynolds. This high shoe was adapted into a low, drawing inspiration from the Herman. This shoe also encourages cold air intake by incorporating a breathable tongue and medial sidewall. There is a new lightweight flexible cupsole featuring a full-length high-impact G6 high-rebound foam midsole and gum rubber outsole to protect feet from heavy landings and improve stability. Triangle tread patterns the sole providing maximum grip, better board feel and reduces them from fast wearing. Also the clean one piece toe design and ollie area maximises durability and aids a better flick. This new Reynolds shoe is available in blk/white/gold and navy blue/gum.
