Slam team rider Casper Brooker is now Pro for Isle Skateboards! We were stoked to hear this would be happening and teamed up with Isle, Rock Solid and Nike SB to surprise him with the news and present him with his first board. With a lot of help from Colin Kennedy who created a decoy dinner that would guarantee he was in the vicinity, everything went to plan. On Saturday night after dinner Casper unsuspectingly walked into our local Covent Garden watering hole The Cross Keys. On the first floor the private bar was filled with friends and bottles. Having been shown Colin and Casper’s photos the bar man was queued to suggest they try and check out upstairs as it was busy. Casper walked in to uproar, pints, Prosecco and the first glimpse of his new board. It was sick, so amazing to see him surprised like that and it couldn’t have gone better. We were also excited to see what his new board looked like. It is a Nick Jensen creation born from some hard work creating shapes in his back garden. The colours look sleek and Casper’s initials appear subtly. Here is a photo of the creative process and the finished article…
